Shipping Costs

• Free shipping on orders of two or more wristbands (the Couple 2-pack and Household 3-pack).
• Single-wristband orders (the Single) are charged shipping, calculated at checkout based on your location.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of being placed.

Delivery Times

Once your order ships, estimated delivery is:

• United States & Canada: 5–8 business days
• United Kingdom & Europe: 7–10 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 7–10 business days
• Rest of world: 7–10 business days

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can follow your package any time on our Track Your Order page.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by your local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
