We want you waking up to better mornings, risk-free. If DawnPulse isn't right for you, return it within 90 days of delivery for a full refund — even if you've worn and used it.

Eligibility

  • Your return must be requested within 90 days of the delivery date.
  • The guarantee covers used wristbands — original packaging and unused condition are not required.
  • Proof of purchase (your order number or the email used at checkout) is required.
  • Applies to purchases made directly through this store.

How to start a return

Please contact us before shipping anything back so we can help and provide a return label.

  1. Email support@dawnpulse.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Our team will reply with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Ship the item(s) back using the instructions provided.
  4. Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for it to appear in your account.

Exchanges

  • Prefer a replacement or a different set? Just let us know when you reach out.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability; if an item is out of stock, we'll issue a refund instead.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email support@dawnpulse.com with a photo and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund right away.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards and clearance items may be non-returnable; this will be noted on the product page.
