We want you waking up to better mornings, risk-free. If DawnPulse isn't right for you, return it within 90 days of delivery for a full refund — even if you've worn and used it.
Eligibility
- Your return must be requested within 90 days of the delivery date.
- The guarantee covers used wristbands — original packaging and unused condition are not required.
- Proof of purchase (your order number or the email used at checkout) is required.
- Applies to purchases made directly through this store.
How to start a return
Please contact us before shipping anything back so we can help and provide a return label.
- Email support@dawnpulse.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Our team will reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item(s) back using the instructions provided.
- Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for it to appear in your account.
Exchanges
- Prefer a replacement or a different set? Just let us know when you reach out.
- Exchanges are subject to availability; if an item is out of stock, we'll issue a refund instead.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email support@dawnpulse.com with a photo and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund right away.

Non-returnable items
Gift cards and clearance items may be non-returnable; this will be noted on the product page.
